Please note that Service of Process "turn around time" for a routine service is approximately 7 - 10 working days. If you require service to be completed within 3 days or less, there will be an additional $25.00 charge. Please submit two sets of documents to be served per Defendant.

Monetary Acceptance Policy :

American Eagle will accept a check from established clients, attorneys and members of C.A.P.P.S. & N.A.P.P.S. only. Unless you are an established client, all out of state clients must submit a money order or cashier's check. American Eagle does not accept personal checks. Walk-in clients may submit cash , a cashiers check or money order only. American Eagle does not currently accept credit cards at this time in order to keep our rates low.
